I apologize for the lack of blog entries, work and writing has taken pretty much all of my spare time, not to mention this is the busy season for exterminators. Now, with the season slowly winding down we're back to working at a comfortable pace and things are right on schedule. I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what is in the works.

Right now I am working on a novella, which should be finished by the end of next month titled, COONZZZ, about a town attacked by zombie raccoons. This tale came into existence when I ran into a raccoon in a crawl space while doing a termite treatment. Now before I entered the crawl  I had an idea something might be in there but wasn't sure.  As I crawled into another chamber of the crawl there I saw the largest raccoon I'd ever seen 'everything is big in a crawlspace'  making its way along the inner wall, teeth bared and puffed up twice its size, and  I could tell it wanted nothing more than to take a piece of me. He made it clear I was in his house and he wanted me out. Then my imagination got to working and one thing led to another.  It wasn't too long after that when I discovered a book edited by Martin Greenburg titled," Zombie Raccoons and Killer Bunnies" and thought-- well maybe it wasn't such a bad idea after all, so I did my own little take on it. If you like horror stories with bloodthirsty creatures and your tales a bit on the gory side this may be for you and I hope you check it out. I'll keep you posted as I find out more that will be going on with it.

Until then keep in touch and read lots of stories.
